Pavia is on the railroad Milano-Genova and is connected to both cities
by frequent IC and regional trains. The trip from Milano Centrale
railway station to Pavia takes about 30 min. Pavia is also within the suburban train network of the Milano area via the line S13.

the Trenitalia web
