Objectives:
1. synthesis of biocompatible probes based on Gd/B-enriched molecules able to (i) pass the health Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) and (ii) selectively bind Aβ aggregates,
2. characterization of the probes (stability, binding affinity to Aβ protein and aggregates, spatial distribution of capture-enhanced nuclides around and inside the Aβ aggregates),
3. in vivo biodistribution.
